looking good, but I'd remove the borders on all your image links as they just scream 'naff'.

 

Also not sure about your nav rollover colour as it's doesn't quite match anything. Why not take a shade from the lovely header image you've got. I'd also remove the right black border on the nav and just have the divisions in between, but that's just me.

I agree with the two points above.

Agreed. Also, your contact button and footer are Times New Roman and the rest of the page is sans-serif. Especially for the nav menu, this looks off.
