what aspect do you suggest I learn.

I have a lot of questions. 1. When creating a website that lists and links websites on clicking (eg lists of radio stations in an area), is it advisable to put the direct web address in the link? 2. I often see things like this (<a href"php?3333) instead of (<a href"http://). What is the difference and how can I use the former.
