    Thanks Emmi. What I meant with the text boxes was that I like nice simple text boxes in text boxes kind of thing. I've played around with Trellian, Kompozer and Pagebreeze and they are all pretty decent but don't use simple text boxes. They seem to use forms instead which I find a bit trickier as a novice. I'll take your advice and have a go. Thanks for your help.

    Could someone please recommend some good web design software for a novice. I might be living int he past but I like working with text boxes when building a site from scratch. Is this still possible and if so what software would you recommend? Thanks for any help
