Nice and clean layout of website. My opinions are Put some graphics in top banner with your company logo. Put some images related to web design and hosting in all pages. Rest of the things are ok.

Nice design, you wrote that you are a beginner, you have done a wonderful job. One small thing, you have used black color scheme which is good, but not everyone is fan of this. Use the combination of some other colors with black. Put your logo at the top of page and not in all parts as you have used it in middle and bottom portion of the page. Rest of the things are ok. I know that flash navigation are not suitable for seo but my website contains so many pages, when I will add or remove any button in future in flash navigation bar, it will automatically get updated in all pages. I know how to code a drop down menu but here I feel that this flash navigation bar is suitable, because every button is directly visible to user.

Colors of your website is good but I suggest you to use these color scheme. Try to code it in complete html rest of the things are ok. clean layout.

Only two thing from my side. 1 - Text in your website is left aligned, use justify text command. 2 - Apply dark green border to all images with 3 points thickens. Rest of the things are ok.
