    Hello. I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. I am after creating a website where users can pay to undertake an application form (including uploading documents etc). I will then do work in the background and return with documents etc. the customer needs to be able to log in and review their submissions and retrieve documents which I have uploaded. please can someone advise which is the best platform and which plug in’s (if necessary) are best to use? thanks
