  1. Hello all, I was thinking of making a pretty kwel effect in my sidebar and maybe even in the upper navbar: When user enters my site he sees categories in the sidebar; when he clicks one to expand the lower categories drop and the new sub categories appear with a burning effect(not flames, just dark trails of the burning area fade in(giving the impression that "something" is burning them into the paper(which is my site's background))). Ain't sure you can do it with CSS.. or can you? I dont want something fancy or anything, I'm thinking of creating a few pictures with lower opacity and combine them into one.. but then again it ain't SEO friendly.. or is it? plz help!
  2. Just joined so I thought I'd at least say hi! I can't say that I'm a coder/designer proffessional or anything, but I'd like to assume that I know the basics, which is all what's needed to get started, right? xD I'm starting now a new major project of mine with little of initial budget(I only have enough to buy my domain xP). But I think I can manage to create a great looking(and unique) Jewelry eCommerce site. But with my lack of ''expert'' css/photoshop/html skillz I think I be dropping alot of questions here regullarely and hopefully I'll get some decent answers/suggestions back ^^ Anyways, just saying hi. Cya in the topics. Cheers! ~tony
