    Develop a marketing strategy. Focus on the needs of your target client. Create content to meet these needs. Substantiate  the content with case studies and testimonials. Build the website and test.
    Last thing to do is layer the theme over the top.
    Starting with a landing page is doomed to failure.

    Ooh look! - yet another generic layout. Looks like a zillion other websites.
    Why a hero image? What value does this add?
    Why is section 2 'why choose us'? Far better for a visitor to feel wanted than lectured to.
    Who is the target client? What is the marketing plan? Is location important?
