    Statistics says that Google Chrome is the most used browser, accounting for more than half of all web traffic. But personally for me just because more people use a certain browser, that doesn't make it the ‘best'. It's just one measure, and there are others of course.

    In case u're a beginner in web development, you can try actually to make websites in CMS systems, wordpress is the most adaptable one, lots of useful plugins and helpful additional tools. Regarding to design ideas you can search here https://www.awwwards.com/ (my fav sourse) or look for some on creative agencies portfolio i get lots of inspiration on such sourses
