  1. It is the result of the Facebook algorithm that sorts the content of your business page and shows it to 10-15% of your subscribers. So only about 15% of your subscribers able to see your posts on a regular basis. There is nothing you can do with said algorithm, it is the special thing that encourages you to promote your page with paid ads. However, this percentage may be increased if FB founds your content interesting and engaging for your audience. I mean if people leave likes and comments under the posts, your reach value will be increased. Comments do work better, according to practice. So you should focus on the content which involves people to leave the comments (e.g. puzzles, starting any kinds of conversation, giveaways or contests, etc) or likes. One more secret is to encourage your subscribers to make your news feed prioritized in the Facebook settings.
