    Hi, I am looking to build a new site, i have built a few using wordpress with basic functions. The new site would allow registered users to select items maybe add to a cart and submit to registered suppliers within a certain area (close to customer). Suppliers would get an email notification and could submit there quotes. User would then login and accept quote and deal with supplier. both would have dashboard where they can see the orders etc. Could this be done with any CMS/pluging combination? thanks.
