    i meant post a link to it - drop box shared folder or other cloud sharing thing? if it's too big to attach here (10 mb file max on this forum)

    pay the designer to make it so? you can do edits up to a point using acrobat pro but it's really only intended for minor edits not major layout  changes 
    copy of the pdf might also be helpful and explain more how it will be distributed - printed or online?
