    I have created my web site, but I'm getting confused trying to get it visible on Google. I have added the site to google search console but I still don't understand. Please could some talk me through the process. And how can I add keywords so that when someone searches for them my web page would be in the results. Hopefully someone understands what I'm tryouts no to ask?
