To fix this you would need access to the source code, which unfortunately with site builders, you tend not to get. How is your image optimisation? Image optimisation is normally the easiest way to score high on google page speed, however page speed is just a guide. It will vary by the device a visitor is on, their internet speed and various other factors. Maybe open a support ticket and see if and how they can help?
