Upload to Youtube is a good choice. But I don't know if Youtube now accepts Flash file, for Youtube does not accept Flash before. You can check it on Youtube Help center. If you want to host it yourself, you have to rent to host server. Though it is not a difficult thing but it will cost you some money. And you also need to make control bar, i.e. a FLV player, for your flash video if you want to click some buttons to control the playback of it.
