Pricing for a Web Application for Web Designers/Developers
Hi All I was looking to ask your opinion. So we are building a web application for Freelance Web Designers called SublimeCRM. Its a Project Management and Customer Relationship Management Software with tons of other features. My Question: Currently we have 4 Pricing Plans, Freelancer (FREE), Busy Freelancer ($8 per month), Studio ($15), Agency ($30). Each pricing plan comes with increased creation numbers. However. Would people/you be interested more in a one time purchase? For example $189. Thanks for your feedback in advance. http://www.sublimecrm.co.uk

All In One Solution For Freelance Web Designers
Thanks for your response. As we are a startup initially data will be hosted on the TSO VDS but once more people use the service we will move over to a dedicated platform. Regarding the pricing we could maybe introduce a one off payment however as I am a lone developer on this i'm not sure how I would go about self hosting. How would i secure code etc etc. If you have answers that would be great. Also we understand that startup freelancers don't have incredible funds so wanted to make it as cost effective for them as possible. Going back to the pricing if enough people wanted a one off cost we would potentially consider switching to that. Thanks

Also it's not specifically designed for designers. I myself am also a developer of you hadn't guessed. It's designed for anyone that deals with clients, domains, projects etc. the idea is to bring all of that into one easy to use system to allow you to focus on what you do best. Develop/design

I had originally planned to keep the demo account open for if people wanted to try it out first hand. I would defiantly consider giving a free account option and then having a "Busy Freelancer" option. I was originally planning as releasing this software as Open Source, but quickly decided against it. Just don't really want to give away the back end. However as i'm sure you will know you if you wanted to host it on a sub domain you could setup a DNS record to support that. Clients and Admins can login via the same login screen so that would be okay i guess. I guess i could change it so it goes 5, 50, 100, 500? or would you think 500 should be replaced by unlimited? Thanks for the feedback so far everyone!
