  1. Wordpress site needs to be static?

    to build a static site in wordpress make pages and not posts ,go the the theme editor and remove all the text in the comments file and save the blank document . you can also go to settings and where it says custom date click that and remove the date format and again save that as blank . this should help you create the look of a website rather than a blog which is most likely what your client is referring too .
