  1. Hi Guys, Need a little help! Basically I have a CSS drop down menu which displays fine when rolled over in FF but in IE the drop down appears behind the JPEG image. The Z-Index is set to 500 on the drop down and there is no Z-Index value set on the div holding the jpeg. Im guessing it is a Z-Index issue but I dont have any experience in using it so if someone can help me out id be very greatful. God Speed!
  2. Ok these issues are now sorted.. The tab issue I have NO clue why this happend. I uninstalled all add ons and uninstalled FF and then the problem just seemed to disappear. Very strange. The moving elements problem was because the parents position was set to absolute instead of relative. School boy error, i know.. Anyways thanks for trying to help Rachael and Mesa to an extent lol Cheers
  3. ok so the tab issue is now resolved but when i "restore down" the browser window, all the controls move :| anyone know what this could be?
  4. Hi Rachel, Thanks for your prompt reply and yeh its very strange. I have tried to search google and try to find similar problems but have not had any luck. I am afraid that I cannot run a demo as the developer of the software has asked me not to show it to anyone as he said its one of a kind and wants to keep it behind closed doors, he just wants me to style it for him. If i post the CSS up, would that help? Could it be the positioning?
  5. Hi Guys, Wondering if anyone can help. I am styling a asp.net web application with CSS and everything appears fine until i open another tab in the browser. When i open another tab the .net controls move down from their position by around 50px. This is happening in both FF and IE. I deleted add ons from both browsers and still have not had any luck. I would be very grateful if someone could help me out. Thanks.
