2. I'd move video to "About us" page
3. Occasional grammar errors (e.g. "Being a member" -> "By becoming a member" etc.)
4. Copy is a bit ott at times ("fantastic", "thrilling" etc.)

Headline: Fed up of endless messaging on dating sites?
Subhead: Schedule a date and meet in person instead!

3. Invite whoever you like
4. Date and communicate face-to-face with the first accepter!
Just my 2c without much thought, I'd suggest some a/b testing though to find the most effective version.
I think there's other more minor issues too, but I'd suggest fixing this first or I doubt there'll be that many visitors to notice them!
