  4. Hi i am kind of new to web development and i came across what is probably relatively simple but cool design of a page and was wondering how this is done. This is the page: http://healingswtor.com/ If you scroll to the bottom you will see that the fixed background picture is just the same size as the screen, im just not sure how to create the scrolling technique and make a gap so that you can see a bit of the picture at the back like they have. Any help is much appreciated. If you want to chat to meon skype about it please private message me, im working on an outdoor adventure website and would this effect!
