    Hello, and I am ArtistZion. I am trying to create a website that is based on user submission. I also want to be able to link things like: PhotoBucket, DeviantArt, Sound Cloud, etc. All I want to know are what type of things I should know such as: HTML versions CSS versions JavaScript PHP MySQL The two big things I really want to know what I can do with are PHP and MySQL. Obviously I will need user-creation forms, how to store the users and their submissions, private messaging, and "front page" material such as top-voted content and recently created content. I would - I forgot what I was going to write so I'm just going to end it here, lol. So yea do you know if there are any WordPress type themes, or websites that have the potential to be able to create such a website? Even a tutorial or two would help.
