    Welcome to the forums.
     
    A credit based system is quite specialised so you won't find it in many cart systems. I think you'll either have to roll your own or use an existing cart system that has such a facility. Even if you don't use most of that carts' feature set, the functionality you need is the important thing.
     
    http://www.cs-cart.com/features.html has a "Rewards points" system where customers can purchase an item and be allocated "credits" which they can spend later. Other cart systems may have something similar so you'd need to shop around to find the best fit.
