  1. Hi all, I'm looking to get a new site up and running either by using an off the shelf CMS or a custom coded site. Other than html and css my coding skills for such a site are nil. ---------- The concept of the site is fairly simple; 1) User registers on site with details such as Name email phone number county make of product model of product serial number of product photo of product description box Payment for uploading content via yearly paypal subscription (if subscription is not renewed the item is removed from the site) (option to enter coupon code for free submission) 2) Users must have a control panel which will enable them to update info such as contact details, sale of item and date or if item has been reported lost or stolen and date. 3) When a 3rd party visits the site there is a search box where they can input the serial number of product 4) If there is a match the following is shown make of product model of product photo of product if item has been reported lost or stolen contact form to contact user who uploaded the info ---------- Is there anthing already out there that could be customised easily to do this or would I be better getting something custom coded, if so what would be an average price for such. Thanks in advance!
