  2. Still not working, please take a look at the website to see whats happended to it http://beechwood-gaming.ddns.net/index.php
  3. Thanks for your help, but this seems to be a server wide issue for all my files - it only done it yesterday, but made no changes but install PHPBB.
  4. Hello. I have recently installed PHPBB on my server and everything was going well until I noticed that the titles on the forum posts are not adding spaces but replacing spaces with %20 so for example. I am getting "Garry%27%20Mod" when I typed in "Garry's Mod". I do not understand why this is happening and would appreciate any help of anyone. The forum is located at http://beechwood-gaming.ddns.net From looking around, this seems to happen to every file on my server if that information helps. Thanks in advance.
  5. Also take a look into DIV Class vs ID. You'll have to ensure you understand and make relevant changes. This resource will explain more instead of me explaining it - http://css-tricks.com/the-difference-between-id-and-class/
  6. I'm just off to sleep its 1:13am so will reply better tomorrow, but you will need to create new CSS rules. If anything conflicts change the DIV name and reflect this in CSS. So if you call something "MyContent" with a DIV then ensure you have a CSS rule labelled the same "MyContent". If your still having issues, message back and tomorrow, I will go through your source code with you and help.

  9. I recommend GTmetrix over at http://gtmetrix.com/ GTmetrix is a free tool that analyzes your pages speed performance. Using Page Speed and YSlow, GTmetrix generates scores for your pages and offers actionable recommendations on how to fix them. I have used it many times to optimise my website.
  10. I'm sorry if this is not what your looking for - feel free to explain so I can help you out better. Your HTML should look like this, depending on what header your after. HTML <h1>This is heading 1</h1> <h2>This is heading 2</h2> <h3>This is heading 3</h3> <h4>This is heading 4</h4> <h5>This is heading 5</h5> <h6>This is heading 6</h6> If you want to change the style so in this case the color and font size, you'll need to use CSS like this. Just change the h1 to the header you want. CSS h1 { color:#000000; font-size:12px; } If all fails, you could just create your own DIV and style it for your content. HTML <div id="whatever-you-want-here">your content here</div> CSS #whatever-you-want-here{ color:#000000; font-size:12px; } Let me know how it goes.
  11. Thanks for everyone help. I am learning lately how much CSS can change content on a webpage. I always believed CSS is purely eye candy to the webpage. Everything is fixed.
  12. Hello. I don't have any documentation unfortuantly. I will have a look through the CSS and see what I can find.
  13. After Doing Some Testing I Have Found A Problem, But Can't Fix It. On index.html there is the code : <li id="geneva-box-menu-element-process"> <a href="#!/education"> <span class="title">Education</span> <span class="subtitle">The process of knowledge.</span> </a> </li> Now, when I change <li id="geneva-box-menu-element-process"> to <li id="geneva-box-menu-element-education"> it breaks the website. I hope that helps in fixing this problem?
  14. Please correct me if I am wrong, but I done the following which has now broken the website. index.html <li id="geneva-box-menu-element-education"> <a href="#!/education"> <span class="title">Education</span> <span class="subtitle">The process of knowledge.</span> </a> </li> education.html <div class="page page-education">
  15. Hi. What file should I be looking in to change what you recommend?
  16. Hello. I am usually pretty good with website design, but I have run into an problem. If you can visit my website at http://www.daniel-chaplin.co.uk and click on any of the tabs except education, you'll see that the tab you click on goes to the correct page, but when you click education I seem to get a "Contact" titled page but it does display the correct page I want, but just don't update the title which is in the top left hand box. If you look through each page on the top left your see the problem on the education tab. I hope that I have made it clear, please explain your answer if possible so I can fix this in future, sharing is caring Thanks in advance to anyone who can assist.
