    Biuedreamer - Requirements are very simple, a system that the client can log into and create their own news articles, similar to what Wordpress sites use but require it not using WP. I have found a few scripts out there that work but interface is very basic and very unprofessional looking, and the layout is often messy. NickC4555 - Thanks, will have a look.
