If so, I'd probably recommend freelance websites such as PeoplePerHour.com. As webdesigner93 said, selling yourself as an HTML/CSS programmer alone isn't enough, but if you have PHP skills then you should find work easily. You'll need a portfolio of work first though, so look for freelance jobs, build it up and then start job hunting.

willkanoff reacted to PietPuk in Hi everyone! I need some advice...I agree. If you're looking to build skills WordPress is the easiest platform apparently to build templates. There are some frameworks that do the php for you (bones) and with some knowledge of php/html/css you might be able to create some standard templates. You might try to create one of those and sell it?
