  1. Hi guys. Im really new to web design and ive bumped into a wall of problems! I have created my website (well, the index page) mainly out of divs, positioned including backgrounds (i had problems trying to create the background any other way). I am having major problems when trying to position a div for main page objects, such as text. They look fine in dreamweaver but then when i preview them they skew off the page!?!? I cant seem to put anything in the middle area. Not even tables. I have no idea why its doing it? Please help!!! Also the menu bar shifts off when its in IE but its fine in Firefox. And recently when i preview it in IE all it displays is the background colour?! Bloody IE. lol I also just checked it in IE and the menu is reversed?!!!?!?! and also the menu's size varies according to the text size. Is there a way to set the menu size solid, so i cant change at the user end? Here is the web address; http://www.danielnwilliams.co.uk Thanks in advance. Dan

Any help appreciated! Thanks
