    Stick with learning HTML and CSS rather than using a (WYSIWIG) editor as with WYSIWIG your websites are not going to be W3C HTML / CSS compliant.

    I would charge £70 for a 4 page website which is the current rate at my business for a website of that size. You could charge them £150 but its a bit much for a 4 page site.
