Thanks bra All teh best

Thanks mate, any example of css for a nav bar. Starting to come together now I think. Cheers

Thanks fella's. i have heard that frontpage is awful but up till now i haven't known of any other decent free product (As you know frontpage is part of MS office, so it was just on my computer). With regards to css, I downloaded a web template from some place just to look at how it was made, and it had a css file. From what i could see the css file controled the standard colours and text etc of the site, but there was no code for controling the standard nav bar links for the whole site. So for instance if i created the "home" link with the incorrect url, and had used that throughout the site, I would have to go through every page and correct the nav link on each page, on a big site that would take forever. So how could I get over that potential problem with css, is it posible? Thanks guys James

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and also new to web design, I have a couple of questions that are probably straight forward, but I'm not sure. I want to know how to set up a template in say "Frontpage 2000" (old i know) so that if I have to edit any site common elements like navigation etc, I can do the changes on the template and it will be made automatically on every other page in the site. Also, is there a simple and straight forward way of creating editable good looking drop down menus that can also be part of a template. I am using Front Page but would be interested in a free wysiwyg/code editor that can support what I have asked about, so i can learn before I buy. Any recommendations? I hope you understand what I'm on about, but I quess I'm at the start of a very long journy of learning. i hope you can help Kind regards
