Hi, As a complete first, and without any guidance, I have created www.lisalovestodecorate.com for a close friend. I realise that it has a very amateur look and the text needs refinement, but the idea was to get the page up, and use my studies to improve and develop every facet ( a work in progress ). And obviously to improve and develop the gallery feature. I'd appreciate any observations and guidance Many thanks Liz

Thanks everyone for your views on the e-careers "Webmaster Package". I have purchased this as my confidence boost for creating a personal website and think that so far, the course is very long winded - an hour to discover something which can be summaried in two sentences! I have also found the same login problems as another poster - whereby if I don't log in for a few weeks, my account is not recognised, however I am reassured by e-careers that they never delete accounts (however it takes intervention to regain access ... and their support is not 24/7, so a few golden opportunities to study have been missed). I'm glad to have found this forum as a consequence and really grateful for the "free" and low cost suggestions who's quality rivals e-careers own material, but will still make some use of the next few months while I have access (if indeed my account stays in existence!). My observations to anyone considering the groupon deal are "Don't expect much" and whatever you do - it's NOT worth any more than the groupon deal price!
