Hi, I’ve been a freelancer for many years and i’m now seriously considering setting up a fully fledged design agency. Alot of things transfer over nicely (invoices, contracts etc) but what else do I need to think about? Staff, employment contracts, insurance, what type of business to register as… etc etc… Obviously, I am doing my own research into all this but it would be great to hear advice from people who have done the same or similar... Thanks again! We will be implementing all the suggestions this week and the suggestion here will be going in. It's amazing the simple things you can overlook when you have worked on a project for a while (like not having rollovers on the password etc)

Hi, after years as a flash designer.. I have finally seen the light and now understand just how important usability and SEO etc are to my clients and online business. This is our first site that we have focused firmly on usability and SEO while still trying to keep things stylish.
