Portfolio Review
You've got a strong uni portfolio which is always nice to see. Few things to consider tweaking: The website 'breaks' when you resize text. Try and make the height of the boxes containing text expandable too It would be useful if the headings on the home page for your portfolio sections (web, logo design etc) were clickable too as not everyone looks to clicking on the thumbnail image. Perhaps put these inside a div to make them into boxes so each section is a big clicky box It would be nice to see the web examples in your portfolio open up in a new browser window instead

Portfolio Website
It would be good to get some examples of work up there so clients/employers can see your potential

landing a job as Senior Designer
I wouldn't worry too much about your age shorg. When I'm doing interviews, the main thing I look for is how strong and varied the portfolio is and what the interviewee's personality is like, and if they're willing to learn and develop their skills. The main questions I ask for seniors when I interview are: Have you had any experience leading a team? Did you have to mentor other members of staff in your last position? Do you have any client facing experience? Would you be comforable pitching your ideas and work to clients? And the rest of the questions are just the usual ones (talking about skill sets, examples of work etc). Hppe that helps!

Useful web conferences - any recommendations?
Howdy, Does anyone know of any useful web conferences that are worth attending around the London area? I attended FOWD for the first time last week and thought some of the talks were really good. Any other recommendations?
