T-G no FY1 figures like that im afraid lol. Regards spelling, its late friday, its my only excuse. and its no scam. Id provide full plan, my backround, my experience, USP's etc. would not expect anyone to take a punt with literally no info, but i would not put on forum either, have an NDA set up already when discussing with any parties.

Appreicate your honesty Mod. Was looking to work directly with a web dev rather than get funded by VC but this may be the way to go, i think i was hoping for a young hungry web dev to want to get involved but didnt look at it from that point of view. Im very much a person that wants to get things done so headed straight for this forum, a step back is probably whats needed, regards my experience that can be proved easily. thanks for your comments

No Mike not BS at all. I know companies in that very position with decent profits for years, they money was to expand not to cover any fall in revenue, they still said no. its a joke. But its clear im wasting my time here i think, im not looking for a free run, id ve doing most of the work o nthe business

none to very little. this is my point, i even know clients are waiting the other end, Robbie thanks for making my point. As i said this is a case of plan together, forecast toegther, business xperience, customers waiting, but no funds this end, i would be offering, a % of the business, and would even say that the first customers on board will go directly to the web developer based on what it would have cost plus a %. Would appreciate less of the cocky and some genuine thoughts and ideas, this is a serious business case, not a fly by night idea hatched on the back of something that has recenlty been in the news etc. I know my industry i know the buyers.
  6. New to site. OK so im looking to have a website built working with a developer, i dont have the funds, and not even going to bother with the bank, if people with millions of pounds cannot get loans why would they give me the money i need. Anyway, this is not some pipe dream ive put together late one night, i have 16 years in my industry, a business plan, and customer waiting, Looking at the web i have seen the scorn poured on others for asking about JV but then most deserve it if they have not put in the leg work. So in short how can i take this forward? , no experience with web dev, all i can tell you is the site will need to be able tosearch and filter as the customer makes their choices, its a B2B website btw. Happy to discuss in more detail ofcourse. advice and options very welcome. Michael
