If you can find a property via the manchester evening news paper and not go through an agency then you shouldnt have any problems and no fees to pay. Before I moved to Manchester I contacted the newspaper and asked if they would send me copies if I paid and they did send me a free copy so I could see what was available to rent in the area.

exactly, they were designed as we use OpenCart as our ecommerce platform, however as you stated they are too close for comfort.

Thanks for that but think I prefer phpfox to that, I also have a skadate licence I have never used, don't really like as it is, but could work well if customised design wise as already has 90% of the features I require.

I wanted to get some thoughts on my company logo, have had three concepts within the last two years but am never 100% satisfied, so just wanted your thoughts on the design.

Bit far out but Bury is a really nice area, so is prestwich and Wilmslow Road area.

For the last two years I have been thinking about launching a site like squirt.org (gay adult site) I don't want to clone it, I want to use most of their features and simular design (not exact) but as I am on quite a tight budget (100's not 1000's) I don't know the best way to proceed. The two options I have thought of are... 1) buy phpfox and higher a freelancer to change the theme, layout and add/remove the features I want or dont want. 2) Get a freelancer to build it from the ground up, though think this might be risky and rather expensive The features I want are... paid membership upgrade (for future use) live chat and cam chat (can be added seperatly as long as I can create additional pages) content pages profile search members videos ability for members to add/search events message boards / internal forum ability for members to add/search stories video chanel (again can be added if I can add additional pages members profile section backend for me to manage the site internal messaging system So as you can see there is quite a lot there, I know phpfox has many of the features but think that it would also take a lot of customisation to get it how its needed and then upgrades may become near impossible with it being so modified. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks.
