I have been coding html and css for about 3 to 4 weeks and it is stressing me out. When you think you are doing well, something throws a spanner in the works

this is what is happening. css body code

Where do I start??? I have centred the template I am coding but some text is staying with the template but the other text just stay's where the template was in the beginning. There is 4 headings, 4 paragraphs and 2 images. Only 1 paragraph stays embedded but the others are just floating in the air. Is it bacause I have positioned them absolute?

I know this has nothing to do with web design, but if you have a scratch or bump to your car and want advice on it I can help. I am a fully qualified paint sprayer with 7 years experience. The reason I want to do this is because you lot have helped me out and I want to give something back. Cheers Stuey

That seems very expensive. I would go and ask someone else

That could be the problem. Oil smells and makes blue smoke. It can also get into the car through the vents. If the oil is leaking from the cover all it needs is a new gasket seal

Could be the fumes from what ever is leaking. What is leaking? or do you not know?

I have done that but the image just overlaps the number and when I try to do anything to move it, it moves as a block :@

Thanks for that. I am in the process of learning html and css code and I have been practicing it on notepad a lot, that is why my level 2 at college will help me a lot more with the coding. This course I am doing at home will help me with php java script and all that. I will have 12 montgs access to the course so hopefully that will help me with the others

My plan is to be a freelance designer/developer. Hopefully using illustrator and photoshop

Well I have paid for the course now so I might as well have ago. I am going bk to college next month which is html and css. I have already done stuff on dreamweaver and a bit of html and css coding

There isn't anything set on html and css but it does talk about it in the dreamweaver course. lucky enough I have started on html and css at college. The list starts with action script 2.0 then ajax after that, I'm sure I shouldn't start with action script or ajax before dreamweaver should I?

Hello, I have just bought a web design training programme from blue mountain training. The only problem I have is that they don't tell you where you are suppose to start, you just get a long list of courses and you just pick one. I started with dreamweaver cs4 but I don't know what to pick after that.

Cheers mate. I only started learning in may. Started learning this due to not being able to do my job again after an accident I had at work which has left me to only do an office job. But I have always been interested in web design/ development, My brother has made a few sites years ago which got me interested. He know's a bit but not too much because his job is an it technician

I am on notepad as we speak practicing html and css. If I learn more of the code will that make life easier?
