First at all hey guys! I want to create a portal about tourism, which would be descriptions of places, hotels, diskos etc... We also would like to allow users to register,so they can add photos and videos from their vacation (much like facebook) that could be rated, so other users can next time easly pick they place for vacation. Now what is the best way to do this, use a CMS or would be better to create all by myself. This would be my first portal. An another question would be: Where i shoud started, fisrt with design, and than? Ty for any respones!

Ok first i must say that i know PHP but my knowlage isnt enought for creating whole CMS (but i can allways use tutorials )... Second I want make my own CMS, coz it is created for my requests... What does the CMS need to do? 1. I need Admin panel, to add news, polls. 2. Need user panel for: every user can edit profile, can add pictures and movies (something like Youtube). 3.
