I solved it, Chrome was playing magic tricks !

That is good news that GASP takes care of it, but velocity doesn't take care of vendor prefixes as well as mixing different transformations, really good !
 
The only issue is, if there was GUI that I could see the motion path, tweaking css properties to get things right, I could go insane

How about jQuery.Keyframe. Any experience ? My goal is to animate two CSS properties, RotateZ & Perspective almost, simultaneously.
