    Hi I've just finished (or at least very nearly finished) a little portal site I'm working on www.top100links.info which has links to the top 100 music/films/entertainment and free download links. Now that I've got it online and done all the usual stuff (submitted it to google/yahoo and a few others, checked my keywords and loading structures etc), what's the best way to increase my rank in google and actually get people to my site? I know that link building is probably the best way to do it but has anyone tried/had experience with buying traffic in a bid to get their site known? Also I tried submitting my site to a free ezine advertising programme (can't remember the site) but it didn't go through. Is it worth trying again or is ezine advertising not worth the hassle? Any advice would be appreciated Thanks Chris
