  1. HI, does anyone know how i upload a couple of pics to my profile so i can get your views on photoshop techniques? thanks
  2. I agree, i may not know much, but the background image is visually merging with the other images. Again, i may be wrong but i would put a white filter on to reduce the background picture, so it seperates it from the other images.
  3. Hi guys, Im 37, and just trying to actually get started in the web industry......some might say im starting a little late, but i absolutely love designing and coding (even though there is a limit at present to what i can do). My background is - Have been building and repairing computers for over 25 years, and have also 3 years ago completed a web design home study course, which was meant to take a year but only took me two months as i really got into it. I did apply for a position as a junior developer in Colchester area, and got offered the job due to my enthusiasm, but due to personal circumstances had to take a different job. (still regret this to this day). I play around with photoshop in my spare time, and i also have tried to get back into the "self-teaching" route again, but find it hard to stick to it. Spoke to a customer in my current role and he said that he worked for an SEO company, whcih interested me aswell. Bottom line i know i have to learn HTML, CSS, PHP, Mysql and photoshop. but find it hard where to start. Thinking of getting either a new laptop to kick it all off, or doubling up with another monitor on my main pc....... Anyway, thats gotta be the most boring intro.....but ...well.....thats where i am at the moment.....
