Could you make the image a bit bigger.

Forgive my ignorance, I am new to all this but, lets say you do write a letter asking to take it down or you will take legal action, does your work not have to be copywritten(not sure if that's how you say it) or you have to prove it yours etc. I'm just trying to understand this, not that I have stolen anyone's work before but I'd like to know what can be done, and how just in case it ever happens to me

You can usually get hosting pretty cheap. Check out one.com you can get your first year of hosting for free. You will need to pay about £10 for the domain registration, but if you use topcashback you can get £10 back so it is then free for the first year and you pay about £20 a year after. The problem with this site is you have to host all your domains separately so if you have loads of sites waiting to be hosted then this could be expensive but for one domain it is pretty cheap.
 
If you have many websites which you want to host on one hosting package then you could use ipage which allows you to host as many domains as you like on one package for about £24 a year.
 
If you would like a free hosting account you could try 110mbwhich offers a pretty good free package. The trouble with free packages is that they don't offer you any extras, so if you would like lots of databases, free ad coupons etc then you should look into paid.

I can see from your question that you have never done so before. let me guide you though this:
 
First you'll some sort of FTP software
I would suggest Filezilla or the good old Total commander or you can always use windows explorer if you wish(not recommended)
 
Now you'll need to "buy"(more like rent) a hosting service
simply google website hosting or web hosting and find the best deal out there, contact them and once they receive your payment they will send you an email explaining what to do next.
 
p.s most hosting services offer you to buy the domain so just register a domain as well while you're at it.
 
in case they send you an email containing only FTP info
simply connect via FTP to the hosting server and upload your files be sure to name your home page index.html(or PHP) and you're done, go to the domain you registered for your website and it will take you to your website.

You see i am a kid i am 14 years old. i have made many website but not hosted them i have made 2 site for two companies in maldives. but they hosted i made the site. i have made many other websites from webbs.com too.

You need to purchase a hosting account from a reputable hosting company.
Once this is done you link it to your domain name by changing your domains name servers to match the ones given to you by the hosting company.
You will then be given FTP access to your hosting where you will put your website files.
