  1. How do I create a simple website?

    Good evening everyone, I would like to create a simple modern website. I do not have any experience creating websites but I am good with computers. The website will need to have users, search bar, results, filter etc. Users need to be able to search for posts by other users. The results need to be small columns and rows of text and numbers but not pictures. Need help with choosing the most simple but effective CMS, server, programming language, templates, domains etc. Any comments/suggestions would be great. Thank you.
