  1. Best spot to put banner on webpage?

    I am designing my website and wondering where is the best spot to put market ads/banner on my webpage at the very least intrusive layout to the audience and doesn't make my page looks messy and unorganized? Where the best spot would you recommend? - Right - Right but hidden with javascript code to reveal the ads content - Bottom ABOVE footer with slider or else - Bottom UNDER footer with slider or else - Anywhere else? How these things work anyway? Do I have to wait until approached by some companies to get their ads posted or the other ways around? What's the best practice?
