  1. Is Drupal Dead? Is it worth taking on a project from v. 5?

    We mainly work in our in house CMS or Wordpress (it's 50/50), but we have occasionally run into a Drupal site recently from a client with an extensive customization that if we were to move it to another platform would be very expensive for them. And they are on an outdated version of Drupal, which looking at how it's structured is going to be a hugeeee problem to upgrade. It looks to be about the same time to update and give them the features vs. moving to Wordpress for the website. Would you stick with Drupal or would you move to WP thinking that it's going to be the same price and time wise? The client is feeling attached to Drupal...but my inclination is WP. Any advice or suggestions as to how to handle? Jean Paldan
