Just recently set up listings for web designers based in the uk. If you want to add your profile, feel free to do so. Be specific with what you offer by filling in a unique and comprehensive description. It's a chance for freelance website designers or companies to email you (via contact form on your page) should they need to collaborate with you on a project. Or they may opt to visit your website to see your portfolio. More importantly, think of possible direct clients you may be dealing with in the near future.
