Hello, I am in the process of putting out a tender on the various coding sites. However I know very little about web design and so do not know the very basic information I need to put in the tender/job spec such as skills required and budget. The website I have in mind is very similar to hatched.co.uk. 1) Who do I need to hire to develop the site? What skills/qualifications do they need? 2) How many hours will it take to complete the project? (this will help me in budgeting) 3) If I was to make this a fixed fee project, what should I set the fee at? 4) Should the site be 100% custom or should/can templates be used in some parts? 5) are there any other important questions I should be asking? As you can see I am a real noob at this but that's why I'm here. Any help will be much appreciated. thanks. Ras Kahn
