See #8. That's pretty much how I sum up my definition of Web 2.0.

I suppose the big takeaway from my post is that you can't design without content, so slapping together some designs with Lipsum isn't going to produce a "design".

Nice site and i'll definitely be returning. I see you're using facebook already, although it just seem to be replicating the videos on your site. I'd start using facebook as way of interacting with people, get discussions going and start growing that fan base.

As Mike says, get links from extreme sports websites, forums and blogs. Stuff like this could go viral, and I know I love watching awesome videos like that. Use disqus to allow people to comment on videos, another great way of getting people back to the site.

This sort of content, once out there, has potential to spread like wildfire and can be excellent link-bait. It's just getting through those first few months/year.

Twitter and social networks, also hit up the owners of similar sites and blogs, the sort of people who would find your content interesting.
The best sort of link back is the sort that comes from an equally relevant source.

Try out Skateboard, BMX, Surfing, Snowboard, Wakeboard etc etc sites and get on their forums and message boards and spread the love.

P.S. I will be a visitor to your site

Its ok I guess, pretty basic design but does what you need it to. If you're getting good quantities of unique visitors as you say, then it can't be bad. I think it could be a lot better though. You've got a decent domain name and the videos are pretty decent too.. Maybe its time to treat all those new visitors with a design to match

By the way, I'm guessing that "play andom video" is meant to be "random video"

    Not bad.

Logo bears a strong resemblance with a standard RSS icon.
I cannot understand what does gothic stylistics symbolize in this site design.
