  1. Just signed up for Tsohost, have proved excellent so far, best company I've dealt with for hosting for some time. Their cloud hosting is in your price bracket and offers way more than your requested spec. There's a voucher in this forum for 10% off but there's a page on their site with a 15% off voucher so works out really cheap for what you get in my opinion. Previously used Heart, Streamline, Fasthosts, Melbourne and this beats them all.
  2. Sorry if I'm late to the party but Basic jQuery Slider is my preferred choice, really nice, lightweight option that does everything you need: http://www.basic-slider.com/
  3. Hi Doeth, This is something that you can do via JavaScript. You'd need to combine it with PHP and MySQL. The drag and drop functionality can be dealt with by JQuery UI. The database updating can be dealt with by passing a POST variable every time an element is moved to an external PHP script that will then update the database. Hopefully this can set you off on the right path.
  4. This HTML5 boilerplate is a good place to start, you can download the full structure, have a play and edit from there: HTML Boilerplate
  5. Hello Web Designer Forum world, First post here, looking forward to being a part of the community. I've been a professional web developer for the past 7 years and hobby developer for the past 15 years, making my first site on AOL's Hometown. I'm currently working in PHP, MYSQL, XHTML and CSS designing in Fireworks.
