    I made this website for a company selling children's CDs. It includes an integrated shopping cart, mouseover buttons, and contact form. In total it is about 12 pages.     Hi, I am almost 15 and have been working with xhtml and css for a while, done a couple free websites and was wondering if eventually after getting a little more experience I could legally start up a website and charge people for my design services? Just wondering if I have to be over 16/18/21 to legally charge people. Also, what would be a good starting price for a basic 5-10 page site with graphics, buttons, contact forms, and NO e-commerce, forums, or member logins for a young web developer such as myself to charge? I know it really depends but what is a relatively average price in your opinion? Thanks
