    I don't know if the site has got a CMS. It was someone else that had design the site. I have been asked to make the database. If the site has not CMS would there be a another way. Can it be s don't in MySQL.

    I have been asked my the chess club that I play for to make a library of chess books that people own. The idea is that a user can search for a book on the chess website, then find the person that owns it. I would like to know what is the best way and most easiest way to do this. thanks

    Dreamweaver makes coding your site mush faster then notpad. Notepad is free to use.

    I use the codeing panel in Dreamweaver. I would recommend that if you are new to web design that you learn to code CSS and HTML in notepad. When you know that then move to Dreamweaver.
