I think its a neat design and layout. But website width is too small and it includes more contents. So it looks congested to manage that problem, you can improve the neatness of your website.

Your website layout is good but some other contents should drop website to bad. First is Text styling, use regular fonts or neat fonts. Second is color combination, this color is not looking standard. Avoid that edge fade and give a beautiful banner.

Your website is looking good. Layout and graphics are nice. But images are looking dark fix it bright and there is no head tags give some description and meta tags.
