ahughes3 is right To customise a flash template, such as changing elements and interaction within the template you will need Adobe Flash CS. Using XML will only update certain components already declared within the flash file such as text or picures within a photo gallery etc. Hope this helps

Hi I have created applications and sites in flash, in order to download a template and open it or customise it you will need adobe flash CS (find out which version you need as some flash cs program do not have backward compatibility) and the .fla file not the SWF However, to make animated images etc it is not as easy as you think as most is based on actionscript 3.0 and tween engines which is another language within itself.
